Chaste Berry is one of the most popular herbal remedies for premenstrual tesnsion (PMT).
It does not supply hormones but acts directly on the hypothalamus and pituitary glands i.e. it makes your body do the work and make it’s own hormones! Chaste berry increases luteinizing hormone (LH) and modulates prolactin, resulting in a balance of estrogen and progesterone levels.
